Isuzuperformance is the exclusive distributor for Stan's Headers products for Isuzu and
Geo Storm cars.
These products are not available from any other source.

- Exhaust Headers
These are the highest quality exhaust headers available for Isuzu and Storm cars.
Constructed of heavy 14 guage aluminized steel, these tri-y headers feature
heavy flanges and quality welds for a long life.
Tri-Y design ensures the widest power band and more usable horsepower and torque
for the best acceleration at the track or on the street.
2 1/2 inch collector pipes for 26% more flow than any other Isuzu or Storm car
header on the market.
These headers have two (2) O2 sensor fittings. One fitting is mounted high,
in the OEM position and meters from one exhaust port while the second is mounted
at the collector where it meters from all four exhaust ports for maximum
accuracy. A plug bolt and copper washer is supplied to close off the unused
sensor fitting.
Available in either plain steel finish or ceramic coated.
Our ceramic coating is done by Reliable Metal Finishing using
Tech Line
brand ceramic coatings.
Tech Line is the industry leader in ceramic coatings supplying materials to the
majority of companies offering ceramic coating service for automotive applications.
For headers, we use a Tri-Coat system consisting of MCS Insulating Coating inside the
pipe and MCS Insulating Coating under MCX Cermakrome on the outside of the pipe. The
MCS Insulating Coating withstands over 2,400 degrees and drastically reduces under
hood temperatures. The MCX Cermakrome combines high heat tolerance
and maximum heat insulation with the most durable finish available for superior weather
and abrasion resistance. The multiple coatings combine for a finish unmatched by the
offerings of any other header manufacturer anywhere.
Please note that the use of header wraps, on any header, accelerates the deterioration of
the steel by causing heat fatigue, and will in all cases result in rapid, premature
failure of a header.
- 1983-87 Impulse Non-turbo with G200Z SOHC
- 1990-91 Storm GSi, 1990-93 Impulse XS, and Stylus XS 1.6 liter 4XE1 DOHC
- 1990-93 Storm and Stylus 1.6 liter 4XE1 SOHC
These are the only headers available for these cars which use a 2 1/2 inch
collector pipe, include a flex joint in the design, extend all the way
to the catalytic converter, use precision cut 3/8 inch thick waterjet cut steel
manifold flanges, and include precision waterjet cut copper manifold gaskets.
Pacesetter and
Hotshot products do not.
An excellent upgrade replacement for owners with
Pacesetter or
Hotshot headers.
- 1989 Isuzu I-Mark RS 1.6 liter 4XE1 DOHC
The same great design that makes our headers for the 90-93 cars the choice of
discriminating racers throughout the world. 2 1/2 inch
collector pipe, include a flex joint in the design, extend all the way
to the catalytic converter, precision cut 3/8 inch thick waterjet cut steel
manifold flanges, and include precision waterjet cut copper manifold gaskets.
- 1992-93 Storm GSi, Stylus RS, and Asuna Sunfire 1.8 liter 4XF1 DOHC
These are the only headers available for these cars which use a 2 1/2 inch
collector pipe, include a flex joint in the design, and extend all the way
to the catalytic converter.
Pacesetter and
Hotshot products do not.
An excellent upgrade replacement for owners with
Pacesetter or
Hotshot headers.
