We do not offer any parts for trucks or suvs. We do not know anyone who does. We offer parts and products only for cars including but not limitted to Impulse, Stylus, Storm, Sunfire, I-Mark, Spectrum, Elan, and Cavalier.
We manufacture and sell parts for Isuzu cars including but not limitted to Impulse, Stylus, Storm, Sunfire, I-Mark, Spectrum, Elan, and Cavalier. We do not manufacture and sell parts for Suzuki, Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, or other non Isuzu made cars.
Part of what you, as a consumer and customer, are paying for, is the knowledge and
expertise to determine what parts fit your car, that having been determined by the vendor
through doing the leg work to consult with the product manufacturer or having physically
used the part on the vehicle you are looking for parts for. If your vendor can not
determine what part fits your car due to lack of expertise of working on and with your
specific make and model of vehicle, you have the right to take your business to someone
who does. We encourage cunsumers and customers to seek out vendors who do know what
parts fit the customer's specific vehicle.
Equally poigniant is that the products we manufacture and offer are the result of our
investment of significant time, effort, and expense, and part of what our customers are
purchasing with those products is our experience and investment in making those products.
We encourage consumers to take advantage of that time and experience by purchasing well
designed products, or, alternatively, invest the time, effort, and expense to obtain that
experience and technical knowledge to design and build their own products.
We offer only aftermarket performance and racing parts. We do not offer OEM parts. OEM parts must be purchased from the dealership parts department. If you are in some remote location and do not have access to a locale dealership, you should also contact the manufacturer of your vehicle who will be able to assist you.
We design and manufacture aftermarket performance and racing parts. We do not get paid to look up OEM part numbers so people can buy parts from their local dealership. Your local dealership has someone who gets paid to look up part numbers for you, he is standing behind the desk in the parts department of your local dealership. If your local dealership is not able to locate the correct part number for you or has delivered the incorrect part to you, that is between you and your local dealership. You can take your business to another dealership or contact the manufacturer of your vehicle. If you are in some remote location and do not have access to a locale dealership, you should also contact the manufacturer of your vehicle who will be able to assist you.
We design and manufacture aftermarket performance and racing parts. We have absolutely
nothing to do with the manufacturing or discontinuation of OEM parts. If the manufacturer
of your automobile has discontinued a part and will no longer supply it to you, they
will no longer supply it to us either.
Please direct your outrage and frustration about such a situation toward someone other than
us.
We manufacture and sell aftermarket performance and racing parts. We do not sell used parts. There is a list of salvage yards and used parts retailers on the ISUPAGE.
We manufacture and sell aftermarket performance and racing parts. We do not sell engines, heads, blocks, or transmissions. There is a list of salvage yards and used parts retailers on the ISUPAGE.
We manufacture and sell aftermarket performance and racing parts. We do not rebuild engines or transmissions. We recommend you locate a reputable local shop in your area to perform this work for you.
There are four correct ways to change the compression ratio of an engine: domed pistons, increased bore, increased stroke, and reducing the size of the combustion chamber in the head. There is one incorrect way to change the compression ratio, and that is shaving the head or block or using thicker head gaskets. Shaving and shimming, as it is referred to, changes the distance between the cam shafts and the crank shaft, which changes the valve and ignition timing, which can substantially reduce power output by the engine. In addition, shaving the head of an engine, beyond factory specification, brings the vlaves and pistons into a state of interference which drastically increases the likeliness of bending the valves if they strike the pistons. Follow the specifications as indicated in your shop manual.
For liability reasons, we do not offer advice or technical assistance, concerning
nitrous oxide, building your own turbocharger systems, or building supercharger systems.
We are not willing to risk any possible connection or blame for someone abusing or
misusing nitrous oxide, turbochargers, or superchargers and blaming our advice when they
damage their engine or car.
We will, therefore, not offer any advice on these topics.
We offer only turbo conversions, custom fabricated onto your vehicle, including
installation and tuning.
There is no box of parts to ship, because the pieces of the conversion are custom
fabricated directly on your vehicle to meet your exact requirements of the turbocharging
system.
For liability reasons, we do not sell nitrous oxide kits.
We design and manufacture performance parts. We can not offer advice on engine swaps, that is not what we do. All of the engine swap information we do have to offer is on the Isupage Engine Swap Informaiton Page.
We design and manufacture performance parts. We can not offer advice on transmission and drivetrain swaps, that is not what we do. There is some transmission swap information in with the engine swap information at: Isupage Engine Swap Informaiton Page.
Our work is exclusively on fuel injected gasoline engines. We have no information on carburators or diesel engines and can offer no assistance in those areas.
As indicated in the online catalog, exhaust systems are manufactured and sold as complete units only and are not available as individual parts.
All of our exhaust systems are production made in production runs of all identical
products. All are exactly the same. We will not substitute different brands of mufflers
or styles of exhaust tips.
We will not do custom work on exhaust products, such as add sensor fittings, change
dimensions or design, or other custom modifications. Our exhaust products are made in
production runs, and all are identical.
The Chevrolet Cavalier Z24/Pontiac Sunfire GT header is sold only as a complete unit, including the catalytic converter. Because GM manufactured the original parts with the catalytic converter welded to the down pipe, it is a violation of US Federal law to sell a header and down pipe assembly without a catalytic converter as part of the assembly. It is illegal to sell this product without the catalytic converter and we will not break the law by doing so. It does not matter what country the customer lives in or what their local emissions laws are, we are in the US and the law prohibits us selling a product that eliminates any emissions control devices.
We are a performance parts company. We are not a cosmetic parts company. Dual exhaust
on a four cylinder car is purely for cosmetic purposes and has absolutly no positive
performance implications. In fact, the added weight will in fact make the car slower.
If you would wish us to have a dual exhaust system custom made for you, we would require an
order for ten units. Ten prepaid means an
order for ten paid in advance. We will not accept orders for less than ten. We will not
collect deposits. We will not barter or arrange groups to purchase. You must deliver to
us prepayment for ten units and it is your responsibility to arrange finances be it that
you purchase ten units yourself or that you gather nine other people and collect money
from them, then delivering payment to us. We will not at any time discuss or entertain
any quantity less than ten and full prepayment there of.
It is also your responsibility to deliver a car for prototyping to Seattle, Washington,
upon which we will design and prototype the product.
Pricing for a dual exhaust system would be 1 1/2 to 2 times the price of one of our
single pipe single muffler exhaust systems as listed in our online catalog.
We have not test fit our Cavalier and Sunfire headers or exhaust systems on any non
J body GM cars.
What is important to remember is that the engine model has less to do with whether or not a
header will fit into a car, and the floor pan and sub structure that the exhaust piping must
wind around has much more of an affect on fitment. If your GM car does not share a J body
floor pan, it is doubtable that a header for a J body car will fit your car.
If you wish to try to fit our header to your non J body car, we will be more than happy to
sell one to you, but we will not be able to accept the return of that product if you try to
install it and find out that it will not fit, because installing a header will, in almost
all cases, result in scratching and chipping of the finish of that header, even on cars it
is designed for, but more so if the header is not designed for the car you are installing
it on. We can not accept the return of any products which have been damaged or marred in
any way such that they are not in new condition.
We require a prepaid order for ten units before we would consider developping
and manufacturing any new header or exhaust system applications. Ten prepaid means an
order for ten paid in advance. We will not accept orders for less than ten. We will not
collect deposits. We will not barter or arrange groups to purchase. You must deliver, to
us, prepayment for ten units, and it is your responsibility to arrange finances be it that
you purchase ten units yourself or that you gather nine other people and collect money
from them, and then deliver payment to us. We will not at any time discuss or entertain
any quantity less than ten and full prepayment there of.
It is also your responsibility to deliver a car for prototyping to Seattle, Washington,
upon which we will design and prototype the product.
Pricing will be as follows:
Our exhaust products are offered in both ceramic coated and non ceramic coated finishes.
Ceramic coating offers both thermal insulation to keep the heat of the exhaust inside the
pipe and also corrosion resistance. Keeping the heat inside the pipe reduces under hood
temepratures and keeps exhaust gas velocity high, both of which enhance the engine's ability
to produce more power. Corrosion resistance protects the product from rust and makes it last
longer.
For headers and down pipes, we recommend the ceramic coating to protect your valuable
investment and protect it from corrosion. Ceramic coated headers and down pipes will
outlast non coated products many times over.
For cat back exhaust systems and after the catalytic converter, ceramic coating is more
of a esoteric thing. This pipe does not see as extreme of a temperature fluctuation or as
high of temperatures, and aluminized finish is adequate except for cases where the owner
wants the cat back exhaust system to look like new for many years to come.
California Air Research Board certification is an expensive and time consuming process for
getting headers and
other aftermarket parts legalized to pass visual inspection in California. That added cost
would have to be passed on to the customer and headers would cost more than double what
they do without CARB certification. Because of this, there are no headers for Isuzu,
Storm, Cavalier, or Sunfire which have Carb certification, not from us and not from any
other manufacturer.
Our headers meet or exceed all emissions requirements and will have no problem passing
emissions performance tests for tailpipe emissions.
The Clutch Specialties clutches are the best quality and best performing clutches that
are available for under $3,000. Everything short of a $3,000 racing clutch with a billet
pressure plate and multi disk system, is going to be a single disk system using an OEM
type pressure plate. The main differences between OEM and aftermarket will be the
friction material used on the clutch disk, if an alternative disk design is used, and
if the pressure plate has been modified to apply more force to hold itself against the
disk. The Centerforce product uses a totally stock pressure plate and an alternative
friction material on one side of the disk. Centerforce is overpriced and does not perform
as well as most other products on the market, especially the Clutch Specialties product.
The Clutch Specialties product is available in three different levels, and which level is
right for your vehicle depends on what you want out of a clutch.
The Dual Composite clutches use an organic material on one side of the disk and a metallic
material on the other, and offer better power holding than stock, and have the pedal
feel and driving feel similar to the OEM clutch. This is a good choice for mildly modified
vehicles and drivers who do not want to trade smooth driving for power holding.
The Full Metallic clutch holds more power than the Dual Composite because it has metallic
material on both sides of the disk. Pedal feel is still similar to OEM, but the friction
material is much more agressive and tends to want to grab, which diminishes the driver's
ability to easily drive the car smoothly.
The Full Metallic Plus uses a six puck star shaped disk with metallic material on both sides,
and the pressure plate is also modified to raise the clamping pressure slightly. The
clutch holds more power than either the Dual Composite or the Full Metallic, and the star
shaped disk reduces some of the agressive grabbing nature of using metallic material on
both sides of the disk, which results in smoother driving than the Full Metallic, but still
not as smooth as the Dual Composite. The modification to the pressure plate raises pedal
effort slightly.
Isuzuperformance springs are custom made to order. You can order the springs in any ride height
you want. The springs are made in whatever ride height you indicate on your order form.
We caution customers that lowering 2 - 2 1/4 inches with the correct wheel and tire fitment
will not cause any clearance problems between the tire and the wheel well. We can and do
sell springs to lower cars three, four, or more inches, but we caution the customer that it
is their responsibility to crawl under their car and make sure that they will not have any
clearance problems with the ride height reduction they are ordering.
We also reccomend for best handling that most serious racers lower the car only as much as
it takes for the lower control arms to be parallel with the ground, which is a little over
an inch. This amount of lowering produces the best and most predictable handling
characteristics.
In general, it is safe to lower an Isuzu car 2 to 2 1/4 inches without having to worry about clearance problems between the tire and the structure in wheel well of the car, as long as the spring rate is raised enough to counter bottoming of the suspension and as long as the correct wheel and tire size is used with no wider than a 7 inch wheel and no wider than a 205 series tire depending on the model of car. We can and do make springs to lower these cars more than 2 1/4 inches, and regularly fill orders for springs to lower these cars more than three inches, however, in these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to measure their car for clearance and make aabsolutely sure that they will not have clearance problems with the springs they order. We will fill orders for any ride height that is physically possible within the restraints of the suspension design, but for lowering more than 2 inches, we will not take responsibility for clearance between the tire and the structure in the wheel well of the car.
There are no aftermarket struts available for the 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS. This item can
be obtained only from the dealership parts department. The only aftermarket alternative
for rear struts for the 1991 Impulse RS AWD is the
Isuzuperformance Coilovers.
The rear suspension of the FWD model 90-93 cars is totally different to the AWD cars, and
the rear struts are not interchangable. This is due to the rear drive shafts of the AWD
car, and the shorter struts used on that vehicle to clear those drive shafts.
There are no aftermarket struts available for the Lotus Elan. This item can be obtained only from the dealership parts department.
Both kits are made strong enough for use on vehicles to be used on public roads and
highways.
The 83410 uses a 1/2 inch diameter bolt, and requires that a slot be cut into the strut
bracket so that it can be adjusted.
The 81250 uses a 3/8 inch diameter bolt with a 1/2 inch diameter raised cam lobe, which
allows adjustment without any need to cut the strut bracket.
In theory, the larger diameter bolt is stronger and will be more difficult to break, and
if the vehicle is to be used off road, for strenuous racing, or in any way that there is
a question of breaking strut mounting bolts, the larger diameter bolt would be the better
choice.
There are no clear or altezza tail lights made for any Isuzu or Storm car.
We have no interest in manufacturing these items ourselves.
If you are interested in clear or altezza tail lights for Isuzu or Storm cars, we suggest
you contact
companies that manufacture clear tail lights and ask them to make clear tail lights for
your car.
Please check the ISUPAGE section concerning
Lobbying parts manufacturers.
White and colored gauge faces were available three years ago. The manufacturer closed, and no white or colored gauge faces are available for any Isuzu or Geo Storm cars from any manufacturer.
There are no body kits available for 1992-93 Geo Storm. No kits for that car were ever made or sold in the US or or in Japan.
There are no body kits available for Geo Storm Wagonback. No kits for that car were ever made or sold in the US or or in Japan.
There are no body kits available for 1990-93 Isuzu Impulse or Asuna Sunfire. No kits for that car were ever made or sold in the US or or in Japan.
There are no body kits available for 1983-89 Isuzu Impulse. No kits that fit the car were ever made or sold in the US or or in Japan.
Most of our products are, as indicated in the online catalog, available for purchase
of single units. Some products are indicated as available only with the purchase of a
minimum quantity. For products listed as only available in a minimum quantity purchase,
we have arranged for the manufacture of these products but will not put them into
production until we receive an order for the quantity indicated. This is the only way
we can offer these products for a reasonable cost.
We do not have waiting lists nor do we accept deposits for these products. We will accept
only a order for the minimum quantity order from an individual or group of individuals.
We suggest that owners interested in these products work together in groups to put together
quantity orders for these items.

The funny thing is that every single person who reacts to the news by cursing at us, is
in fact a person who never, ever bought anything from us. If you are not going to support
the only company making parts for your car by spending money with that company, you have
only yourself to blame when that company moves on to sell parts for another marque of car
and stops making the things that you are not buying.
Here are some common excuses for not having bought parts when they were available, and
reasons they don't hold water:
By this point, you have already established that the part you are asking about is not
available for purchase, and you have probably read the FAQ entry above stating
"EFFECTIVE JUNE 17, 2002, WE HAVE DISCONTINUED A NUMBER OF HIGH END/LOW VOLUME PRODUCTS
AND ALSO PRODUCTS WHICH WE HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD AT A LOSS."
You should have read farther down in that FAQ entry, specifically the parts stating:
Our business is building and selling parts. It has cost tens of thousands of dollars to engineer our parts and reverse engineer the factory pieces so that we can engineer our upgrade performance parts. We do not give away that information.
Our business is building and selling parts, not telling people how to build their own
parts so they can cheat us out of our research and design investment of the products we
make and sell.
This extends to products we no longer make. If you want a product that is no longer
available you have a better chance of getting drawings on how to build a time machine so
you can go back in time and buy it from us when you should have bought it if you did
really want it than getting any technical assistance from us on how to build your own.
Products are offered as listed in the online catalog. We do not sell subassemblies or key pieces of our products seperately.
Our sponsorship program is open to everyone and is detailed in our online catalog on the Sponsorship page. We do not offer any sponsorship opportunities outside the program listed on that page.
The products in our Isuzuperformance Racing Team product line are built specifically
for our own racing efforts. These products are built without compromise of the cost of
design, materials, or manufacturing, and are meant for use by professionals on a closed
racing circuit. As a result of this, most of these products are well beyond the financial
range or technical ability of enthusiasts or consumers to afford or use in a safe manner.
As such, we have decided not to make these products available to the public for purchase.
We do, however, reserve the right to sell off extra Isuzuperformance Racing Team parts
via internet auction.
Our products are available on the eBay Auctions website at:
http://stores.ebay.com/o-kushon
Our products are available on the Yahoo Japan Auctions website at:
http://openuser.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/user/maxi_elan
Please direct all questions concerning items offered for auction via the auction website.
Please do not direct questions about items not being offered for auction via the auction website.
We will, however, not entertain any requests or inquiries about possible auctions or
sales of these parts.
We are an actively operating business manufacturing racing parts for Isuzu cars. We are not
liquidating inventory or getting rid of product.
Everything we make is top quality, costs a great deal to make, and sells for a corresponding price.
At no time have we ever manufactured cheap, low quality, "Pacesetter" level parts that might, conceivably,
fit within the budget of a Chump/Lemons car.
We have transitioned from the top tier consumer segment to the private commission racing segment.
If you were building an old Impreza, Eclipse, or Z Car for Chump/Lemons, would you contact Cobb Tuning,
Buscher Racing, or Jim Wolfe Racing and ask them the same question?
Both Chump and Lemons have strict budget limits of $500.
Chump Car Rules.
Lemons Car Rules.
Both use very colorful and blunt wording to describe the budget limits. They also elaborate that those
limits are to the "fair market value" of the car and parts, not what is written on a fake receipt. Show
up with ten grand worth of racing parts bolted to a dented and rusted shell, and they are going to crush
the car before the race begins, or auction it off to the highest bidder.
Almost everything we do would cost more than twice as much as that budget.
More importantly, because our business is building parts for race cars, we have devoted an unreasonable
amount of time designing parts that fit within rule sets such as SCCA, NASA, JAF, etc. Every one of us
also races, has a strong sense of fair-play, and a high resentment for people breaking the rules. We find
it morally offensive if someone suggests that we should aid them in breaking the rules.
One additional word of advice. Rare and expensive cars are not the best choice for budget racing.
Isuzu cars are well designed, overperforming, and both dependable and durable for driving and
racing, as long as they are well cared for, and are not driven into solid objects or other vehicles.
Isuzu cars will easily run for 200,000 miles. Most models were successfully raced by factory supported
teams in national road racing and rally series. And most models have also been campaigned by privateers
in autocross, gymkhana, club racing, time attack, and rallycross.
But these cars are 20 years old and replacement parts were never available at the local parts store.
Replacement parts are hard to find and have become quite expensive. These cars are no longer easy to find
in salvage yards.
Chump Car and Lemons tend to be like demolition derbies on a road course. And much like any sort of "my-
first-rally-car" situations, cars that are expensive to repair and difficult to find parts for, are not
the best choice. Because any single piece that could be damaged or broken, causing the vehicle to be
undriveable, would probably put the car out of that event, and also the rest of the season, and would
most likely break the budget restriction, rendering the car illegal for competition.
Isuzuperformance Racing Team products are built for our own racing efforts. Providing technical details or specifications of these parts to the public could reveal the technical and performance advantages we have designed into the parts we use on our racing vehicles. As such, we will not discuss the technical details or specifications of our Isuzuperformance Racing Team products.
Our office hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM Central Standard Time. If you call during that
time period, and we do not answer the telephone, that is because we are at the machine shop
building parts to fill orders, at the coating shop ceramic coating headers, or delivering
and picking up parts at polishing shops, plating shops, or other subcontractors. We put
the highest priority on filling the orders we have received, and if we are not here to answer
the telephone, it is because we are busy filling those orders.
We return messages inquiring about our parts when messages are left on our answering machine.
If you do not leave a message on our answering machine, or do not leave your telephone number,
we can not return your telephone call.
We do not return telephone calls for people asking for parts for trucks or suvs, asking
for OEM parts, or asking technical questions about building their own nitrous, turbo, or
supercharger systems, as has been indicated in the FAQ above, we can not help with those
topics.
We get a dozen hangup messages on our answering machine every day. We can not return calls
those calls because we have no telephone number to call or any message to respond to.
We answer almost every email with an actual, genuine inquiry, that we receive.
There are several situations that we do not (or can not) respond to an email:
With success and fame comes jealousy. There are a lot of very unhappy people in the world, and those who are
jealous of our accomplishments and notoriety find the internet an easy place to lash out. The sharp eye will note
that these stories lack details and substance. Most are simply so far fetched that they are laughable. Just as we
learned to measure the effectiveness of our products by the number of people trying to steal our products or our
designs, we also learned to measure our success and fame by the number of websites dedicated completely to nothing
but defaming us. The count was up to over a half dozen in two languages. (Though many of those websites and domain
names have been abandoned over the years, their unhinged authors moving on to other conspiracies to crusade).
But if you are here, reading this, you probably already doubt the stories and overall accuracy of the information
on those other websites.
Perhaps you would like to read what the rest of the world thinks about these stories?
This is a rumor spread by the same group of jealous people who blame us for all their
ills and problems.
We are still very much in business.
We would not be paying the web hosting fees to keep this website on the internet if we
were not still in business.
That "someone" is wrong, and likely among the same group of jealous people who blame
us for all their ills and problems.
We build parts for Isuzu cars, Geo Storm, and Lotus Elan every single day. We no longer cater to the
street performance market and cater specifically to racing, which has proven too expensive for the street
performance crowd. From time to time, we do make some of those racing parts availale
for purchase, via Ebay.
We have a large inventory, however, we offer parts for more than eleven distinctly
different models of Isuzu cars, and several distinctly different non-Isuzu cars. We can
not keep every one of the thousands of items we offer in stock.
Among the items we try to keep in stock are headers, exhaust systems, intake systems,
sway bars, and strut braces. We do run out of these items from time to time, and can
not guarantee them to be in stock at all times.
There are some items we do not stock, and order as needed to fill orders. Among these
are clutches, brake rotors, brake pads, ignition wires, shocks and struts, aero kits and
wings, nose bras, and dash covers. We order these and other products as needed to fill
orders and ship them as soon as they arrive.
There are some products which can not be stocked, because they are custom made to order or
are modification services to customer provided parts. Among the items which are custom made,
custom lowering springs, pistons, rods, valve springs, and clutches, among others, can not
be manufactured until we receive the customer's order so that we know what specifications
the customer wants the product made to. Services such as throttlebody porting, camshaft
regrinding, head porting, manifold porting, computer upgrades, and adjustable cam
sprockets, can not be made until the customer supplies the core to us and that core is
delivered to the product manufacturer for machine service.
Please contact us if you have any questions about what items we have in stock or how long
it usually takes to make custom made items to be manufactured.
We do not cancel orders. We will not cancel that order, and the customer will receive
the product.
We reccomend that the customer make absolutely sure that they wish to purchase the
product before they send an order. We are not responsible if the customer wrecks or
sells their car, decides they don't want to purchase an item, or decides they want to
buy an item somewhere else after they send us an order. Those decisions should be made
before they send an order and we are not responsible for that.
We are no longer offering printed catalogs.
Please visit our online catalog at http://www.isuzuperformance.com.Our online catalog is our master price list. Any changes in prices or products are made directly to the online catalog first and fore most. We work directly from the website catalog for all of our pricing questions. If you ask us if a price in the online catalog is correct, our reference is the online catalog, because that is our master price list.
No.
Unlike the highly profitable and high mark up retail world, we do not set our prices based on market segments
or price points. We calculate out how much it costs to make the item, then add to that cost an acceptable level
of incentive for us to exchange the product for money, and finally add in any additional costs or fees which may
apply, such as Ebay listing and final value fees, Paypal fees, and "free" shipping costs. There is no room
for negotiation, and effectively everyone is buying at wholesale, or "racer net".
Our products are not made in China and not made in huge quantities that would fill a 20 or 40 foot shipping
container. We manufacture in the USA and pay our subcontractors a living wage. And, yes, it is that expensive,
and difficult, to make automobile parts. If it was easy and cheap, everyone would be doing it.
Isuzu built 1,894,763 Bellels, Belletts, Florians, Askas, Geminis, Piazzas, I-Marks, Impulses, Styluses, and
Geo Storms. We have no shortage of customers. We are not desperate to get rid of anything we make. We have
no motivation to sell anything for less than what it cost to make it. And we are not having a liquidation sale.
All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer or package recipient.
We do not collect any customs fees or duty taxes on any orders. Those fees and taxes
will be determined by your government officials when the product passes into your country
and you will be billed for those fees or taxes directly by your government.
Missouri State sales tax applies only to product which is delivered within the state of Missouri. If the product is to be delivered to you within the state of Missouri, multiply the total for all product costs, excluding any shipping costs, by the percentage indicated on the order form, and add that number to the total for your order. If the product is to be delivered outside the state of Missouri, there is no sales tax.
Shipping costs for the US and Canada for almost every item in the catalog are listed below the product description. Please look at the end of the listing heading for the company or the product type on the catalog page.
The most economical payment method we accept (in order to keep prices as low as possible)
is check or money order. Checks and money orders must be made payable in
US Dollars and drawn from a bank with a US office, indicated by the address of that US
office printed on the face of the check or money order.
We can accept payment via Paypal for items which are not custom made to order or services
done to customer provided products. Items which we will not accept Paypal payments for
include:
The US Postal Service does not instantly teleport an envelope from the mail box that
you drop your envelope into, to the mail box on the front of our building. Depending on
the schedule for pickup from the box that you drop your envelope into and the day of the
week that you drop your envelope into that box, that envelope may sit in that box or at
that post office for several days over a weekend before the Post Office even puts it into
the machinery to sort it and send it on its way. Any time within a week of a holiday,
this delay will likely be even longer due to the days the Post Office is closed and the
increased amount of letters mailed around holidays. Once the Post Office begines sorting
and directing that envelope, it will take three or four days for it to be delivered to our
local Post Office for delivery to us. If the letter requires a signature for delivery, if
we are not happen to be standing at the door for our letter carrier to get a signature, he
will simply leave a card for us to pick up the letter at the Post Office two days following
his initial delivery attempt, and this will further delay delivery.
Overall, we can realistically expect the Post Office to delvier your envelope seven
days after you drop it into a mail box or present it at a Post Office counter, at the very
earliest, and only after we receive your envelope can we begin to process your order.
Our bank's policy is that a check may be returned as refused by the bank that check is drawn from up to 14 days after that check has been presented to the bank. After 14 days time, our bank lawfully has the right to refuse the return of any check for insufficient funds or invalid account, and does so. So a check can be returned at any time within those 14 days after it is presented to the bank. Our bank, or any bank other than your own bank, has no mechanism to verify if that check has been honored and processed and cleared your bank. This is because that information is confidential to you and you alone. There is no mechanism for any bank to check if a check has cleared another bank. So we must wait out the 14 days and upon verification from our bank that the check has not been returned, then and only then do we know that the check has been honored by your bank, and only after that time will we process any order paid by check.

Our best advice in most cases will be to follow the instructions and troubleshooting
sections in the factory shop manuals, which can be obtained from
Helm Publishing.
Your best resource for repair advice is the

Upgrading an ECU only changes the programming of the ECU and has nothing to do with repairing physical damage to the circuit board. Paying to have a faulty ECU upgraded results in a ECU that is still faulty, but has an upgraded computer program on it. The physical defect of the ECU will remain and the car will continue to function improperly.
We will answer only questions about the products we sell. We will not answer questions about any other topics.
By now you have already received a link to the FAQ entry above. Just because you don't like the answer, doesn't change the answer.
We do not have time to hold your hand while you cry because you do not like the answer to the question you asked.
