The following are service and repair shops which have been recomended by readers of the ISUPAGE as good places to take your Isuzu automobile to have it worked on. If you have any additional shops to add, please let me know and I will add them immediately. If you have any comments about the shops listed, good or bad, let me know, and I'll add that information also. Puente Hills Toyota; Formerly Puente Hills Toyota & Isuzu
Southern California
I had no complaints with the
quality of work; the service manager (Mack) was quite nice, and the
mechanic (Ceasar) has worked on Impulses for approx 12 years. They
didn't try to pressure me into getting things fixed that I had not asked
them to repair and didn't object when I brought my own parts (Tokico shocks)
and asked them to install them, instead of going through the parts dept.
Vernon.
Danbury Autopark/Fair Isuzu
Danbury, Connecticut
After servicing my I-mark for about 2
years, I am quite satisfied. Besides being "New England's Largest Automall",
They have quite a large service dept that services their Isuzus, Suzukis, and
Hyundais. Personal service is given, and each customer is kept on file by
their appointed service advisor. I have had only good experiences with
Danbury Autopark. They call you after your service to make sure your Isuzu
experience was a good one, and preach the "Do not leave until you are 100%
satisfied" motto. Fair Isuzu has been only a good experience for me and my
I-mark. Shaun Nicalek.
Budget Transmission
Lafayette, LA
Transmission Rebuilding
Budget does good work at an extremely reasonable price. Bill Luton.
Manns Autobody
Festus, MO
Manns has a very good reputation as a restoration specialist and high
quality colision repair shop. They have done several cars that have won
such events as Concours d'Elegance and are part of the group that Jay Leno
associates with (Jay Leno has quite a few classic cars). Bill Luton.
Splisgart
Manchester Road
St. Louis, MO
Willis has done allot of work on my cars, (mostly before I learned how to
adjust valves and so forth myself) and with the exception of the time
they were unable to install a set of suspension springs, because they
didn't have the propper tool, they have always done a pretty good job. They
aren't cheap, and keep your eye on them. You can't miss their shop, it's
the one wioth all the Delorians out in front. Bill Luton.
Performance Transmission
South County
St. Louis, MO
Performance has rebuilt several transmissions for my family and myself.
They do excellent work and are competitively priced. Bill Luton.
